Whether you're celebrating a new milestone, upgrading your collection, or simply choosing a new design, you can exchange your existing Ethsol Jewel jewellery for another Ethsol Jewel creation.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Lifetime Exchange or Buyback, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The jewellery must be an authentic ETHSOL JEWEL product.
- The jewellery must not have been repaired, resized, modified, or altered by any third party.
- The original purchase invoice is mandatory. If unavailable, additional proof of purchase may be requested.
- Original diamond certificate (IGI, GIA, SGL or other applicable certification) along with BIS Hallmark details must accompany the product.
- PAN Card and bank account details are mandatory for all buyback requests, as required under applicable regulations.
- The jewellery must successfully pass ETHSOL JEWEL's Quality Inspection.
- Buyback is available for individual lab-grown diamond jewellery pieces originally purchased from Ethsol with an invoice value of up to ₹3,00,000 per product.
- Buyback is available for individual natural diamond jewellery pieces originally purchased from Ethsol with an invoice value of up to ₹5,00,000 per product.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any transit-related concerns, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully removed and inspected.
Your unboxing video protects your claim.
This recording serves as supporting evidence in case of:
Valuation Process
Every jewellery piece received for Buyback or Exchange is carefully inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
The final valuation is determined based on:
- Prevailing market value of gold.
- Prevailing market value of lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds.
- Product authenticity.
- Overall product condition.
- Verification of original purchase records and certifications.
Important Deductions
To maintain complete pricing transparency, please note:
- GST or any tax paid during the original purchase is non-refundable.
- Original making charges are non-refundable and are excluded from Buyback or Exchange calculations.
- Any discount, promotional offer, coupon, cashback, loyalty benefit, store credit, or complimentary gift will be considered in the final valuation.
- Wherever applicable, the value of such benefits will be deducted, and any complimentary gold coin, jewellery, or gifted item must be returned at the time of valuation.
- Applicable statutory taxes or deductions, if any, shall be deducted as per prevailing laws.
- If the original diamond certificate is unavailable, applicable verification or re-certification charges may be deducted from the final valuation.
Products Not Eligible
The following products are not eligible under the Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy:
- Customized, personalized, or engraved jewellery.
- Jewellery repaired, altered, resized, or modified outside Ethsol Jewel.
- Jewellery purchased during clearance sales or special promotional campaigns unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
- Loose diamonds.
- Baguette diamonds.
- Tapered diamonds.
- Polki jewellery.
- Pearls.
- Coloured gemstones or gemstone-only jewellery.
- Gold coins or bullion unless specifically covered under a separate policy.
- Ethsol Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.
- Products without a valid original invoice, authenticity certificate, warranty card, or any mandatory verification documents.
How to Request a Buyback or Exchange
Our process is designed to be secure, simple, and hassle-free.

Contact Customer Care via email or WhatsApp and share your order number, product photographs and certificate.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request and provides a preliminary assessment and approximate valuation.
Secure Collection
After confirmation, secure collection is arranged through our authorized logistics partner.
Quality Inspection
Your jewellery undergoes detailed quality inspection and final valuation.
Settlement
Exchange is adjusted against a new purchase or buyback is transferred to your registered bank account.
Certificate or Invoice Loss
If the original invoice or diamond certificate is unavailable, additional verification procedures may be required.
Where re-certification or authentication becomes necessary, the applicable charges will be deducted from the final valuation.
Policy Updates
Ethsol Jewel reserves the right to modify, revise, suspend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in market conditions, operational requirements, or applicable laws.
The latest version published on the official Ethsol Jewel website shall always prevail.
